Back to Your Guide to Billing and Payments

A statement gives you a summary of all of your accounts and invoices for the month and tells you the overall balance due across all of your ICP’s. Your statement includes a few key sections which we will cover off in the guide below. Hover over the info icons for explanations of each section.

 

Statement Explainer
Any payments you've made since the previous statement.
Any corrections or adjustments made since the previous statement
Any amount left over from your previous bill after any payments and adjustments.
Your balance carried over from the previous statement.
The total amount for this month’s charges across all invoices, excluding GST.
The total amount for this month’s charges across all invoices, including GST.
The amount you owe.
When your payment needs to be made. If you pay by direct debit, this will be the date that payment is deducted from your account.
Provides information on our bank details and required reference for payment.
The number of your accounts which have been invoiced this month. We may not invoice accounts if we are waiting for site info like meter reads.
This shows all your accounts with us. It includes the balance brought forward, the current charges and the total to pay per account.
Your total to pay across all of your accounts.
The total GST for this month’s charges across all invoices.
Each monthly invoice has its own unique number.
The date your invoice was issued.
