If it takes us over 20 days to resolve your complaint, and we haven’t let you know in writing that there’s a good reason for this, or you’re not happy with how we’ve resolved it, you can refer your complaint to Utilities Disputes. They provide a free and independent dispute resolution service to help consumers resolve electricity, gas, and water complaints with their providers.
